    Traditional process: pre-(the original water tank, booster pump, multi-media filters, activated carbon filter, softener or dosing device) → RO → decarburization → device → ion exchange ultrapure water.
     New process: pretreatment (original water tank, booster pump, multi-media filters, activated carbon filter, softener or dosing device) → RO → → Power decarburization mixed bed device (EDI / CDI) system → ultrapure Water.
     Preprocessing part: including the original water tank, booster pump, multi-media filters, activated carbon filters, dosing equipment, buffer tanks, and other equipment. Mainly to solve the following problem:

     Polishing ultra purified components: including booster pumps, UV sterilization device, carbon dioxide removal devices, EDI module (or ion exchange), resin trap, ultra-pure water tank, ultra-pure water pumps, piping and other equipment.
